Grassroots Mind Body Energy Works will be opening its very first physical location ever! Our location will be in Troy, New York in November 2022. We will be offering Massage Therapy (both relaxation and medical massage), Reiki, and Counseling and Coaching services! Our mission is to teach clients to take control of their own healing. It is important for us to understand how powerful our minds and bodies really are, and to see the mind and body as one cohesive unit and how the effects of one greatly impacts the other. -This combination of combining mental, emotional and physical health creates the total mind/body connection allowing for lasting health benefits.
